At Into the Whirled Yarn & Fiber Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-dyed treasures. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we accept returns on unused, original-condition items within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your yarn or fiber is in its original packaging, including tags, and has not been wound, knit, or otherwise altered from its original put-up.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the items in a secure shipping box or padded mailer to protect the delicate fibers during transit, and include a copy of your packing slip inside.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
