What is the typical processing time for orders?
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During shop updates or sales events, processing may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our yarn and fiber worldwide via USPS and UPS. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred.
How should I care for my hand-dyed yarn?
While many of our bases are superwash, we recommend hand washing all finished items in cool water with a gentle wool wash and laying them flat to dry to ensure longevity.
Are your colorways consistent between dye lots?
Due to the artisanal nature of hand-dyeing, each skein is unique. We recommend alternating skeins every few rows for larger projects to blend any subtle variations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, original-condition yarn and fiber within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and we cannot accept returns on wound yarn.
Can I request a custom dye order?
We currently do not accept individual custom dye requests, but we frequently update our shop with a wide variety of colorways and occasionally offer pre-orders for popular collections.
